  • What's left for .edu?

    Have university websites become just elaborate site maps? In a look at the websites of top universities like Cornell University and Penn, there is surprisingly little content not dedicated to the description of the organization.

    Although several universities are experimenting with large scale open instruction, a very small percentage of the valuable material generated at a university is available to the public. When will we bring these massive information machines on line?
